What Can Be Returned?

New, unused parts in original packaging (defective and non-defective)
Exchanges accepted for different parts
❌ Used or installed parts
❌ Special orders, tools, or scan equipment

Return Window

  • 90 days from purchase date
  • New condition only - parts must be unused and in original packaging

Return Methods

  • In store at our Memphis location
  • Drop-off location (call for approved locations)
  • By mail using customer-provided shipping

Return Fee & Processing

  • 10% restocking fee applies to all returns (may be waived at management discretion)
  • 3-day processing time for refunds after inspection
  • Return shipping is customer responsibility

How to Return

  1. Call us or email us to get your return authorization (RMA) number
  2. Pack the part in original, clean packaging
  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the package
  4. Ship to the address we provide or bring to store

Return Requirements

  • Part must be unused and in sellable condition
  • Original packaging required (clean, no writing/grease)
  • Include return authorization form with shipment
  • Customer provides own shipping label and covers return shipping costs

What Happens Next?

  • We inspect your return within 3 business days
  • If approved: Refund processed within 3 days minus restocking fee
  • If not approved: We'll contact you about pickup options
