Return Window
- 90 days from purchase date
- New condition only - parts must be unused and in original packaging
Return Methods
- In store at our Memphis location
- Drop-off location (call for approved locations)
- By mail using customer-provided shipping
Return Fee & Processing
- 10% restocking fee applies to all returns (may be waived at management discretion)
- 3-day processing time for refunds after inspection
- Return shipping is customer responsibility
How to Return
- Call us or email us to get your return authorization (RMA) number
- Pack the part in original, clean packaging
- Write the RMA number clearly on the package
- Ship to the address we provide or bring to store
Return Requirements
- Part must be unused and in sellable condition
- Original packaging required (clean, no writing/grease)
- Include return authorization form with shipment
- Customer provides own shipping label and covers return shipping costs
What Happens Next?
- We inspect your return within 3 business days
- If approved: Refund processed within 3 days minus restocking fee
- If not approved: We'll contact you about pickup options
